She is weak after a difficult birth, but deeply devoted to her puppies.She needs food, care, and support to recover and to raise her puppies safely. Zara can be helped through sponsorship (remote adoption), a gesture that ensures she receives the food and care she needs during this difficult period.

They were rescued from the “shelter of horror” in Târgu Jiu, where they lived in cold, filth, and fear. Umbra was so terrified that she couldn’t take care of her puppies, but now, with our help, she is starting to regain her motherly instincts and look after them.
Bella Trepiedul
Bella is the luckiest little dog! Her former owner wanted to “amputate” her leg with an axe, but we managed to save her. She has a missing limb, amputated following a professional surgical procedure performed by the doctors at Speranța.

He’s a young American Bully, abandoned like so many others of his breed by people who never meant to stick around. Now he’s with us, safe in the shelter – but of all the dogs here, he’s the saddest.
