Fulguleț – Suraia Survivor
Fulguleț este ușor ca un fulg, firav și inocent. La adăpostul din Suraia, viața lui era fragilă și plină de Fulguleț is light as a feather, fragile and innocent. At the Suraia shelter, his life was delicate and full of fear, and people saw him only as a number, not as a soul., iar oamenii îl vedeau doar ca pe un număr, nu ca pe un suflet.

When gentle hands lifted him out of that harsh, filthy basement, he didn’t struggle. He simply clung on, with the last shred of trust he still had. And in that moment, we knew: this puppy was not just a body saved… he was a soul saved. And so his name became Soul.
Goldie
Despite the cold and complete exhaustion, Goldie did the impossible: she kept her puppies alive. She warmed them, protected them, and fed them as best as she could. Today, the puppies are around two weeks old, and Goldie can no longer support nursing on her own. She urgently needs help to be able to raise them.
Delta
Delta had a broken leg, but that didn’t stop her from taking care of her eight puppies. Even though they were abandoned in the cold, she saved them all, showing incredible strength.

Tanți can’t walk. He was hit by a car, and his fragile body was left paralyzed. But his soul? It’s alive—filled with the will to live, to love, and to be loved.
Mama
She came to us from the hellish public shelter in Târgu Jiu – scared, exhausted, but with incredible strength: she had just given birth to her 8 newborn puppies. We rescued her and her babies, offering them a safe place to grow, be cared for, and prepared for a better life.
Bach
He has a name as beautiful as he is: Bach. We didn’t name him that because he composes memorable arias, but because we found him in the parking lot of Hornbach Militari.
Mioara
This little beauty used to roam the streets of a village near Bucharest. Although she wasn’t bothering anyone, someone decided she was a problem — probably just because she was too big. People started chasing her away, throwing stones, and threatening her every day. There was no going back.
Agripina
Brave Agripina is a symbol of resilience at Speranta. She was found in a terrible state in an area just outside Bucharest and, while we don’t know what happened to her, it’s clear she has experienced some trauma. She is very scared of people but we are giving her everything she needs to trust again – time, patience and affection. She needs a sponsor to cover her food, medical costs and ongoing behavioural support.
