This is Rony, and he is the official troll of our shelter. While other dogs use their short and precious time outside the kennel to run, play, or simply lie in the sun alone, Rony has a different favorite way to unwind: annoying all his neighbors in the row. Instead of just stirring trouble, he sticks his whole snout through the fence to get on their nerves. Or maybe just to say, “Good morning, friends!”
