Emil comes from the shelter in Târgu Jiu and has definitely been beaten. He’s very scared, and when our employees are nearby, he freaks out. He’ll get into a corner and shake like jelly until it passes.
Emil will have his work cut out for him in the Messengers of Hope program and he needs your support.
He is currently only available for long distance adoption and could really use a close friend.
